Initial Contact
Contact us on 1300 DALUNA (325 862) email info@daluna.com.au or complete an online enquiry form in the contact page on our website and one of our team members will contact you and happily discuss your enquiry in detail, and send you any samples you require.

Ordering
You will receive an order form to complete. It needs to be completed, ensuring all sizes, numbers and nicknames are entered correctly. Each individual must visit the size guide page located in the footer to obtain their correct sizes, or a size set/pack can be sent to your organisation if requested.

Initial Design
Choose a design from our range, or feel free to send us your own creative idea. our design team will customise and create a series of unique designs for your organisation's exact specifications, to discuss, revise and select from.

Production
Once the finalised order form is received, we will issue you with a tax invoice for your order. Daluna's terms specify a 50% deposit is required in order to start production of your uniforms. Production takes approximately 4 weeks (depending on the quantity and styles ordered.

Design Approval 
Once your design is finalised, our design team will send you a design approval form. details within this form, eg. logos, colours, spelling and prices, need to be checked thoroughly and approved prior to starting production. The form must be printed in colour, and if correct, signed and posted back to daluna sportswear. To avoid any unwanted surprises with your order we’ll send you a mini sample to confirm design and colours.

Delivery
You‘ll be contacted once your job is completed, checked and ready to be sent. Full payment is required before delivery. Orders will be sent within 24 hours once payment is received. a tracking number will be provided if goods are sent via courier.
