This website comprises of various websites and pages operated by Daluna Industries and the information contained therein (together, the “website”). Certain sections of the website may contain separate terms and conditions, which are in addition to this agreement. You should read those additional terms and conditions carefully. By accessing such sections or pages, you agree to be bound by those additional terms and conditions. In the event of a conict, those additional terms and conditions will govern your use of those sections or pages.
We may terminate your access to the website or any part of it at any time with or without notice, in our sole discretion.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, or computer systems or networks connected to the website, through hacking, password or data mining, or any other means to circumvent security procedures. The information and materials on the website may contain errors or inaccuracies, including both typographical and substantive errors. Privacy
Daluna Industries respects your privacy. Our Internet server may record details about any computer used to access the Website (e.g., the domain from which you access the Internet, the date,
time and duration of visits and the Internet address of the website from which you linked to this Website) and details of the information downloaded. The information we collect is used for
internal statistical purposes and to improve this Website.
Placing your order with our company
We advise all customers that once we have received your order, contact will be made to ensure all information sent to us is correct and accurate. If changes are required we will update information – confirm & then send a final order confirmation. Upon receipt of customer orders, an invoice will be issued to all customers.
Orders cannot be changed, ie no additions, amendments or cancellations whatsoever, once we have received and processed your order. Please note we will accept new orders, which are treated separately and delivery time will be in accordance with our normal quoted deliveries.
Quotes
Daluna Industries Pty Ltd will not be bound by any price quoted on the telephone. A rm quotation in writing or email acknowledged by both parties shall be the only binding form.
Proofs and Errors
All approval must be made via fax or email, verbal communication will not be sucient to begin production.
No responsibility or liability will be accepted by Daluna Industries for: (i) any errors after the proofs have been approved by the customer or (ii) any errors in spelling or grammar made by our designers where proofs have been submitted to the customer. Proofs are deemed to have been approved at the point of receipt whether or not a signature has been received. Proofs are not colour calibrated and no responsibility will be accepted for deviations in colour from the proof supplied. Any complaints about services provided or work supplied deemed by the buyer to be the fault of Daluna Industries should be submitted in writing within 5 days of delivery. After this date all goods and/or services will be deemed to be acceptable for use. Any usage of the goods supplied will be deemed as acceptance of the goods.
Graphic Design, Mock Ups, and Re-Drawing logos
Whilst we always recomend that the client supply us with artwork to ensure complete satisfaction with the job, we can provide artwork designing and redrawing services. This incurs an additional charge depending on the complexity of the job. For any design services, please contact us and we will advise you on specic charges.
Commencement of customer orders & expected delivery dates
*Note these are rough and are subject to change at the time of order considering size and complexity of the job.
For us to commence customer orders, we require:
• Confirmation of final order, along with deposit payment before production commences on any customer order. An invoice will be supplied to customer, this is to be retained by the customer for their records.
• Production of orders will not commence until an order confirmation and proof of payment have been received by our company. All quoted delivery times allow for customer payments to be made within seven (7) working days) upon receipt of the Dalunda Industries Tax Invoice. Delays may occur if payment is not received within this timeframe. Payments must be accompanied by a copy of the Daluna Tax Invoice or a remittane quoting the Daluna Tax Invoice number.
Delivery times for orders
• Stock garments with either digital or vinyl transfers: Our current standard turnaround is 5 working days from design approval (in writing) and artwork acquisition (via email, post, drop box) plus shipping time/pick up time. Rush rates are available.
• Stock garments with either embroidery or screen printing: Our current standard turnaround is 10 working days from design approval (in writing) plus shipping time/pick up time. Rush rates are available.
• Made to order garment without application: (dye sublimation/custom sportswear) – Please allow 4 weeks from when the miniature sample approved and deposit is placed. (Australian Made)
• Large Volume made to order garments will be discussed & confirmed with customers.

Payment Terms; Account Customers / Distributor
All customers must pay a 50% deposit before Daluna Industries commence any work. The balance is required on collection of goods.
Overdue Accounts – All overdue accounts will be placed on hold & no further goods will be dispatched until payments have been received & account settled.
Cancellation of orders, Refunds or Returns
Daluna Industries are not obligagted to accept alterations or cancellations of accepted orders and/ or deposits. We advise customers that changes to orders or cancellations upon commencement of production of custom made garnments will not be accepted. Under no circumstances will our company refund or accept returned custom made garments. It is the customers responsibility to check that received garments match the order and invoice. Should there be a discrepancy, WE MUST BE NOTIFIED IN WRITING WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS UPON RECEIPT OF GOODS. After this date all goods and services will be deemed to be acceptable for use. Any usage of goods supplied will also be deemed as acceptance of goods.
Daluna Industries, at all times, will endeavor to fulll customer requirements and will notify customers prior to delivery if exact order quantities cannot be supplied. Alternative arrangements will then be made with the customer for any outstanding orders to be delivered.
Title of Goods: Garments/Apparel/Products
The title of all Garments/Apparel/Products remains vested in the supplier until full payments have been made.
Title of Goods: Screens/Films
All screens remain the property of Daluna Industries. Daluna Industries charge a setup fee for the labour involved in creating the films and the screens. This is a delicate and time consuming process producing high standard results. Once the job is complete the setup fee charged does not include the purchase of the screens or films, with no exceptions.
Designs will be kept on screen for three months (unless organized with the client). After this time unused screens will be reclaimed, and all traces of the artwork will be removed and the screen will be recycled.
If you need a job to be repeated within the three months of the first printing, we can simply take the screen out of our archive and reuse it. In this scenario you would not be charged for the setup of film and/or screen fee.
Freight Charges: Customer to pay Shipping & Couriers
Daluna Industries will endeavour to use the most economical carrier of our choice. Should the customer specify another means (i.e. overnight or same day delivery) then the additional charges will be forwarded to the customer. Any damages caused in transit will be the sole responsability of the carrier governed by their terms and conditions. Any resulting insurance claims will be the clients responsability. Proof of delivery/receipt is governed by a signature of an employee / agent or customer. If a signature cannot be obtained or the customer is unable to and/or refuses to take delivery of the goods ordered, and the carrier must return the goods to their depo, the customer will be liable for any additional charges incurred as a direct result of
extra transport, and/or storage, and/or losses and/or damages.
